MySQL tests are interdependent

Test execution is depending on test order - if MySqlConnectorIT is executed before MetadataIT then readbinlog_test is empty and method shouldValidateAcceptableConfiguration() fails on validation of list of tables - we thus need to prepoluate readbinlog_test database to break this dependency
