Refactor connectors to use EnumeratedValue type

The tasks to be done

• all enums should implement EnumeratedValue
• parse methods on enums should be turned into default methods located on EnumeratedValue type
• extend Configuration with with... methods for EnumeratedValue parameter
• change Field.withEnum to accept not Enum type but EnumeratedValue type
