Hi all,
we are running a kafka connector cluster in UAT environment, environment described above.

at first we only have one connect worker, runs one oracle connect task. Everything works fine. Then we decide add one more connect worker to the cluster just for testing purpose.
After the connect worker joins into the cluster, we realize the existing oracle connect task is not working anymore. We check the log the exception shows "Producer failed" please find the attachment for more exception details

i also attach the connect log. Please read the log it shows the connect worker joins the group and trigger a task rebalance. it seems task rebalance causing the oracle connect failure.
