database name isn't required for mongo connectivity

Due to the way in which Mongo works, the 'database' name passed with the connection URL doesn't really do much. As soon as a develop references a different collection, that collection is created or used.

We should look at CouchbaseCloud - does couchbase require a database name or do we have a NoSQL paradigm where the db name is not required?

We need to either make this parameter explicitly optional or remove as a parameter that we're passing through to our ServiceBindingConverter (TBD which, let's run by Wojciech)
