Often we encountered control plane issue during OpenShift cluster upgrade resulting in cluster unavailability. 

Multi-cluster deployment sharing the same workspace configuration would enhance the service availability. 

User would be allow to logon to either cluster and terminate any existing sessions on other clusters.
