Issues with Github Oauth flow test (refused oauth)

Start of workspace when testing out the github refused oauth flow test is giving the unexpected error message on Power.
Based on the expected results shared in this link, The workspace should start up with the repository cloned for the public repository however I am getting an error message.

For the private repository, The workspace started however got an error while trying to clone.
