Customers want Cost Management to automatically email our desired reports at the end of each month.

And if not via email, the Customer needs some automated way of persisting desired reports for each month. This frees customers from manually exporting these every month, which is dependent on a person to remember, be available, and have time for this task before the data is automatically removed from cost management. 

Below are some information we collected from the customer 

> So, could you please let us know what features you are expecting in the Cost Management reports fetching mechanism? along with some business justification?

•   Exporting reports requires manual labour today due to 90 day retention and lack of scheduled, automated export feature. One such feature could replicate existing manual exporting feature in the application but let the user set a schedule for exporting the data via a choice of email or external blob storage (on prem or on cloud). We also lack, and very much desire, the ability to track the actual usage that billing is based upon seperatedly - otherwise we need a second tool for only this purpose.

•    For the reasons mentioned above. Lack of this feature requires manual labour on a specific time every month (without developing some scheduled    script that fetches reports from the API, which we currently don't have the resources to build and maintain ourselves). There's also the issue that you can't currently see the resource usage that cost is based upon, this forces to use a different tool just for logging usage so that we can compare one customers usage with their billing in the future (our cost model can change over time).

An additional option on the same page as manual email exports. This additional option should allow the user to set a monthly schedule to send a report (with the users preferences) via email and/or to external blob storage. The open source software Opencost has this ability. Please read their documentation about it
