Goal

Introduce a real-time Instance Type Series and a corresponding preference (if required).

User Stories

As a developer,
I want to use a Red Hat recommended VM spec for my high-performance workload,
instead of needing to define my own spec.
As a CNV developer,
I want to ship a high-performance instance type,
so in case of a change of the recommended API, I don't have to change the docs and notify all potential users.
