VirtualMachineClusterPreference win 11 fail with FailedBackendStorageCreate

      Description of problem:

      When trying to start a VM with windows.11 VirtualMachineClusterPreference the VM gives the following message:

message: backend VM storage requires a backend storage class defined in the custom resource
reason: FailedBackendStorageCreate

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.15

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.Create a VM using windows.11 VirtualMachineClusterPreference
2.Start the VM

      Actual results:

      The VM fails to start

      Expected results:

      The VM should be in running mode

      Additional info:

      All other VirtualMachineClusterPreference work fine with the same VM spec.
also on 4.16 this problem doesn't occur and the VM runs fine.
