RHBA feature tests have incorrect tagging

All @jboss-bpmsuite-7 feature tests are unnecessary as that Limited Availability Release is no longer available, as superseded by RHDM and RHPAM 7. Their references in the cct_module common.feature tests should be removed.

The common.feature tests that are blanket-referenced with rhdm-7 cause failures in images that do not extend EAP. For example the common Access Log tests do not apply to the Decision Central Indexing image, which does not extend EAP.
