[EAP][Templates] eap71-tx-recovery-s2i template params don't make sense

    Description

      The template eap71-tx-recovery-s2i points to https://github.com/jboss-developer/jboss-eap-quickstarts and the default app is kitchensink. It doesn't make much sense IMO.

      It's true that the steps to use this template are correctly described in the doc, but I think it would be good to simplify the command to deploy a little bit.

      I think we should update/fix this in similar way as it's in eap-cd-tx-recovery-s2i . E.g add CUSTOM_INSTALL_DIRECTORIES definition.
