[BxMS] logging changes broke kieEnv and probes

/opt/eap/kieEnv is empty

The problem seems to be that the dumpKieFullEnv now outputs the "INFO" prefix and also outputs to stderr, instead of the original stdout.

This breaks the sed in https://github.com/jboss-openshift/cct_module/blob/sprint-14/os-kieserver-launch/added/kieserver-setup.sh#L66

resulting in the kieEnv being empty, thus breaking the readiness / liveness probes.
