sso72-openshift:1.0-2 image has inconsistent labels and environment variables with previous images and other products. It's 'version' labels and enviroments are missing '.GA' suffix.

The same applies also for 'org.jboss.product.version' and 'org.jboss.product.sso.version' labels.
