[EAP6] Enable RemoteIPValve by default

      Cause: RemoteIpValve not included in jboss web subsystem
      Consequence: HttpServletRequest.getRemoteHost() returns the OpenShift HAProxy router address instead of the client IP address.
      Fix: Added RemoteIpValve to standalone-openshift.xml
      Result: HttpServletRequest.getRemoteHost() now returns the client IP address for HTTP requests coming via OpenShift HAProxy
