[SSO71,EAP] missing scope openid

    Description

      With new sso71 and old client in eap64-openshift:1.4 sso71 server started throwing out warning about missing scope openid in requests:

      WARN  [org.keycloak.services] (default task-19) KC-SERVICES0091: Request is missing scope 'openid' so it's not treated as OIDC, but just pure OAuth2 request. This can have impact in future versions (eg. removed IDToken from the Token Response)

      Issue should disappear after moving to sso71 adapters which should be giving requested scope to requests.
