We are currently building two versions of Che: one that has keycloak support for authentication (and works only on openshift.io cluster) and one without keycloak (that works everywhere else).

The consequence is that locally we test a version of che (without Keycloak) that is not identical to the one that will be deployed on osio (with Keycloak). And builds take longer (two assembly need to be generated).

To solve that we may wan to add a property that would enable/disable keycloak support based on it's value.
