When testing a download from a PR build (e.g. from http://developers-pr.stage.redhat.com/pr/1043/build/1008/downloads/) the user is redirected to the download thankyou page on the main staging site (e.g http://developers.stage.redhat.com/products/devstudio/get-started/).

This causes two problems:

1. The Acceptance tests need to hack the URL in order to workaround this issue. This workaround is currently failing our tests ~80% of the time.

2. Site reviewers need to manually hack the URL when testing downloads. This is cumbersome, hard to explain and frequently forgotten.

We'd like a feature in the download manager to resolve this problem. The issue only occurs for PR (staging) builds so is not needed to be active in the production download manager.
