ORG-2690 provided us SSO bridge from RHD Keycloak to Customer Portal. To ease use of it in Download manager we have to implement support into DM to automatically use SSO bridge during user redirect from 'External links' if it targets Customer Portal.

SSO bridge redirect will be used only if user performing it us RedHat Full User.

DM configuration will be extended by two new properties

• Base URL of the SSO bridge - https://broker.stage.redhat.com/partner/drc/userMapping?redirect= for STG and https://broker.redhat.com/partner/drc/userMapping?redirect= for PROD. If not configured then use of SSO bridge is disabled
• comma separated list of domains - if "External link" final redirect url is on some of domains defined there (and current user is RedHat Full user) then SSO bridge will be used for final redirect
