Add chapter explaining that removing the dynamically attached agent isn't possible for a running VM

The documentation contains the chapter Installing Byteman in a Running JVM using Script bminstall. This chapter does not contain any information about the attached byteman agent.

A chapter explaining that once loaded byteman classes can't be unloaded during runtime and thus removing the byteman agent during runtime isn't possible would be aprechiated.
