Default helper trace implementation does not install "out" and "err" as names for System.err and System.out

The default helper class is supposed to recognize the keys "out" and "err" as names for special trace output streams aliased, respectively, to System.out and System.err. Although it does not allow these names to be opened or closed it fails to make the required association.
