allow separator ';' as last charactor at the end of BIND or DO clause

Developing a byteman script i often add and remove lines in the DO clause. Always adding or deleting the ';' character from the last or the second last line is a small pain. So in case every line could be terminated with a ';', one can just freely moves the lines around!
