vblagoje and volothamp, can you SME review this new "Configuring Prometheus metrics monitoring with KIE Server" section for both DM and PAM? In the Managing and monitoring KIE Server doc in enterprise, and in the KIE Execution Server chapter in community.

This is a first draft until we have Vlad's demo next week with which we can finalize it. Note the few tags @Vlad/@Luca in the doc preview.
