bind threadpool from threads subsystem to jndi

    Description

      it would be great to bind the defined thread pool of the threads subsystem into the jndi. that way, we would be able to inject managed ExecutorService with the @Resource("java:jboss/threads/MyCustomThreadPool") annotation.
