Prevent restricted views from being loaded

With the introduction of linking the console from external contexts (i.e. URL within email) it's possible to directly access certain functionality. However it might be the case that users access URL's that point to domain functionality while the server is running in standalone mode. Or vice versa. This needs to be prevented.
