CLI does not allow me to backspace across new lines. See the attached screen shots

    Description

      Up arrowing on a past run command, if it wraps over two lines, I can not backspace on it to delete things beyond the current line. In the second screen shot that is as far back as I can delete...I should be back to backspace the entire command even over new lines...in the shell...
