Web sessions have a 60 second timeout set when deploying distributable apps to a clustered domain

DistributableSessionManager sets the session maxInactiveInterval from ManagerBase (in Catalina), which is 60s.

Seems to ignore session-timeout passed through JBossWebMetaData/SessionConfigMetaData.
