ZipException when using embedded jetty or tomcat

Both Jetty and Tomcat throw a ZipException with no detail message if a war is deployed that has both weld-servlet and another jar in the WEB-INF/lib directory.

The weld-servlet scanning processes causes the ZipException, even though other programs can open the jar without problems.
