Support Portal URL for specific portlet or several on a page

Add support for retrieving the URL of a single portlet:

@PortalURL("MyPortlet")

or multiple portlets on a page:

@PortalURL({"MyPortlet", "YourPortlet"})

Default behavior of @PortalURL would be to include URL to page that contains all deployed portlets
