Deleting item from one of the item lists in CORS configuration doesn't actually delete the item

On add policy page, when user select 'CORS policy' there can be configured several lists of items (Access-Control-Allow-Origin, Access-Control-Expose-Headers, Access-Control-Allow-Headers, Access-Control-Allow-Methods). Deleting items from this lists just hide them (set display: none), so when user delete item and after that add new item, the new item has value of previously deleted item.
