Modularize the AMQ Interconnect documentation so that it is based on customer user stories. The documentation will still be delivered as a single book, but the content will be broken into assemblies based on the following top-level buckets:
- Evaluate/Plan
- Install/Deploy
- Configure
- Monitor
- Manage/Update
