Solutions:
Move ‘Repository Structure’ menu item into Project Explorer. Also provide link to this page from within Project Editor screen (design needed).
Remove ‘Explore’ content, or move this content into the ‘Home’ menu.
Do we need a ‘Find’ button at the top level?

Different design for Perspective Context menus:
‘Looking at the PatternFly navbar examples, I think we could use a combination of Multi-level Menu and Persistent Secondary, where the context menus would be the tabs below the primary nav bar.’
