Steps to Reproduce:

Hide

1. Create an asset
2. Go to overview and then metadata
3. Add two tags for the asset.
4. Click on the gear icon on project explorer and select enable tag filtering.
5. Click on filter by tag dropdown
6. Click on gear icon and change project view to repository view.
7. The filter by tag dropdown shows empty now.
8. Again switching to project view and check the dropdown values

When we create a tag for an asset eg. Business process. The list of created tags doesn't show in "Filter by tag" dropdown in project explorer.
