When the browser window is resized to smaller dimensions, a scrollpanel appears, adjusting to the resize. However, when browser window is maximized again, the area inside of scrollbars remains as small as it was after shrinking.

The problem only seems to affect 0.7.x branch and it's making some problems in Dashbuilder (as described in the bugzilla above)
