Experimentals framework should register a resource type without matching

Each resource type has two main classes:

API resource type (implementing ResourceTypeDefinition) ej: FormResourceTypeDefinition in Form Editor API
Client resource type (implementing ClientResourceType) ej: FormDefinitionResourceType in Form Editor Client.

The experimental framework tries matching both resource types into a single experimental feature, but when this inheritance is broken (ej: stunners resource types) no resource type is linked to the feature.

We should, at least register the annotated resource type.
