Stabilize tests in PR builder jobs

Description
This jira will aggregate tasks related to stabilizing of kiegroup PR builder jobs (both per repo as well as full downstream build jobs). Each of the tasks will focus on a single test class / group of related test classes which will be assigned to their developer, who will either have to find a way to stabilize these tests or remove them / Ignore them.
All jobs which run tests that require stabilization can be found in pullrequests folder in rhba-jenkins.
Most 1 test failures from these jobs are aggregated in this report which is updated on weekly basis.
At the moment there's about 30-50 tests which are failing fairly regularly.
Acceptance criteria: at least 80% of these tests have been stabilized so they stop failing (no failure for at least one month).
1 Actually only test failures from jobs which have less than 50 failures are included in the report, so the amount of failing tests is probably bigger than that.
