As a user, I want to be able to store my ssh keys on the filesystem.

Some notes:

• We should not store this ssh keys on VFS (security issue)
• We should store as default on the same level of .niogit under directory of .security/pkeys but also should provide a way to user define this directory[1]
• We should be able to switch between default implementation [1] and future storages (i.e. a future openshift integration.
