Update `Library` settings

      Current settings need to be updated to reflect current state of Authoring.

      • Use `Projects` instead of `Library`
      • `Spaces` instead of `Organization Unit`
      • Remove the `Repository` section, not relevant with Project Oriented
      • Probably `Projects` use `General` and make it first item
