1. Create an app.
2. Go to the app page.
3. Click the Services tab
4. In the list unbound services you will see the services that both use the name for the title and subtitle.

In the list of bindings both the title and subtitle use the Service name.

The subtitle should be using the service description. See attached screenshot.
