Steps to Reproduce:
- Provision UPS and wait for it to complete
- Login to the UPS console. You will see 2 projects with the same name created there.

After I successfully provisioned UPS, when I login to the UPS console, I saw two same projects created in UPS. Please see the attached screenshot.

  - Download All
