WHAT

Enable or create appropriate middleware to suit the requirements for the API.

WHY

Middleware is essentially configurations or rules set up as early as possible in the API life-cycle that will add a level of control over the API.

• Authorisation
• Authentication
• CORS
• CSRF

HOW

Usually API frameworks provide extendable default middleware (like the ones mentioned above). It will be up to us to decide the rules for each middleware based on the requirements for this project.

We can also define our own custom middleware structs if they do not exist already.
