Add kibana audit logs that contain conflicts information.
Users should see conflicts that are happening on the server.

Logs:

• Conflict Detected
• Conflict Resolved on server
• Anything useful ?

This requires logging interface to be passed to conflict module.
Module should abstract from logging implementation used.
We should remove usage of debug from the module and use interface that can be created in tooling package.
