Fix server-vertx module name and version

The current module name is aerogear~simplepush~0.0.8. This is not using the project.version as last time I checked this was not a valid module name in vert.x. This task should look into this more closely and see what can be done to let the module name follow the version of the project.
If none can be found this must be update manually before releasing 0.9.0.
