AdminUI: Code Snippets Dialog issues

A few items:

• The breadcrumbs navigation is incorrect: Applications > Application name > Registering Installations
  -> The "Application name" should be the real name of the application

• header above the code snippets is wrong:
  -> Example: Sending push notifications (should say device registration)
