Briefly describe an installation and setup guide for Mac users in the Kafka README.

Currently experiencing the same difficulties as we experienced with the Kafka docker setup when using Mac.
Speaking to Paolo he did warn me that the deployment works only if the application is running in the same OpenShift cluster and this is a problem they are aware of and need to address.

I have tried:

• Connecting directly to the cluster IP
• Exposing a route
• Adding the cluster IP to my /etc/hosts
• Adding the cluster IP as an alias to the lo0 interface

All to no avail (so far)
