Producer null when @Producer detected before @KafkaConfig

When the @KafkaConfig annotation is removed from the InstallationRegistrationEndpoint and only kept in the Kafka module's KafkaClusterConfig class, the cluster is not correctly configured before the producer is initialised and is therefore null. I assume this is related to the class loader order
