Test and document configuration for JMS achieving optimal resource utilization of UPS notifications delivery

The queues should have appropriate memory limits for the given number of NotificationDispatcher MDBs and number of tokens loaded in one batch,

we want to optimize these variable properties:

• number of senders (MDB's maxSession=<#SENDERS> activation config)
• batch size (sender configuration via env properties)
• number of batches to be loaded in one cycle/transaction (sender configuration via env properties)
• memory limits for the token queue (hornetq's queue: max-size-bytes=<BYTES>)

the properties that are "known" (i.e. can be measured/tested):

• size of the message in token queue (specific for each variant) (hornetq's queue: min-large-message-size)
