UnifiedPush Server import/export device registration data

With creation of endpoint that allows to import bunch of registration data in https://github.com/aerogear/aerogear-unifiedpush-server/pull/375, there is additional work to make this feature really useful which consists of:

• provide additional endpoint that is able to export the data in UPS
• describing import/export data format in documentation
• provide UI for import/export capabilities
