    Description

      The abiltiy to send a message to 1 device/installation.

      This is usually the number 1 question i get everytime i present about the UPS.

      Also there was just a Stack overflow question about it, http://stackoverflow.com/questions/27087385/aerogear-how-to-send-a-push-notification-to-one-user

      Currently the only way to do it is use the alias, but this feels just a little hacky. We have the installationId, so why not be able to use it.
