Description
We have a health endpoint, which gives details about DB and 3rd party status:
https://github.com/aerogear/aerogear-unifiedpush-server/blob/master/jaxrs/src/main/java/org/jboss/aerogear/unifiedpush/rest/util/HealthCheck.java
Also, we should have one that reads details about the version and the scm details.
It could be added there,
