pushEndpoint has %2F in it's path

    Description

      So i'm not sure if this is a bug, but the pushEndpoint that is generated has '%2F' in it's path, which is illegal to have i guess in the path.

      while sending messages to this endpoint still works using the netty-server

      trying to unregister it with the UPS will fail
